Do you have a service mindset? I’ve just returned from a week where I chaperoned a group of high school students on a mission trip to West Virginia where they helped with building and other services projects to families there.
It got me to thinking about this whole issue of “service” and how vitally important it is that you approach your entire information marketing business from the standpoint of “service” to your customers.
I’ve heard it said often, I think from the late, great Zig Ziglar, that the more you can help others get what they want then the more you’ll get yourself. Or something to that effect.
And it’s so true. So what, as an information marketer, can you do to be of more service to others? How can you roll out the red carpet for your customers and really make them feel like VIPs? You definitely need to have a service mindset to achieve greater success in business.
